Kathy Bergsteinsson, MBA

Kathy Bergsteinsson, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Affini-T Therapeutics. She has more than two decades of capital markets and strategic advisory experience. Prior to joining Affini-T, Kathy worked at Morgan Stanley for 17 years, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Equity Capitals Markets. During her tenure, she led the healthcare equity capital markets business for a decade, raising over $100 billion in equity financing for clients to help drive growth and innovation. She began her time at Morgan Stanley in the merger and acquisitions department, where she advised on more than $100 billion in strategic transactions.

Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from Stanford University and her MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
